FIRM ENGINES

Engines «Könner & Söhnen» are reliable, efficient, and economical, meeting global and European quality standards, including the latest EURO V emission standard. Each engine has a unique serial number and is tested for long uninterrupted operation, then disassembled and examined for defects, allowing us to control production quality and service.

 

INDIVIDUAL SERIAL NUMBERS ON ENGINES

Engines meet all global and European standards for quality, economy, and environmental protection (including emission and noise levels). Each engine and generator has an individual number, allowing us to control production and service quality. Könner & Söhnen engines are characterized by easy start and low vibration. The range of engines is presented in power from 2 to 8 kW.

 

LIGHT AND CONVENIENT START SYSTEM

The simplified start system allows the engine to start quickly without much effort. Higher power models are additionally equipped with an electric and/or automatic start system for user convenience.

 

ALTERNATOR WITH 100% COPPER WINDING

Könner & Söhnen generators use a synchronous alternator with carbon brushes and 100% copper winding. Only copper winding withstands maximum load without any damage, ensuring long-term reliable operation of the generator set.

 

CONVENIENT, ERGONOMIC CONTROL PANEL

The convenient, ergonomic control panel allows easy control of the entire device and requires no additional skills. The modern, intelligent LED monitor always indicates the number of hours worked, frequency, and voltage output. The information on the display helps to correctly assess the device's load and perform generator maintenance in a timely manner, thus extending its service life.

 

STEEL TANK

Könner & Söhnen generators are equipped with an oversized steel fuel tank, which extends the generator's operating time without refueling. The tank has a fuel level indicator for user convenience.

 

DOUBLE ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM

All models of «Könner & Söhnen» generators are equipped with a double anti-vibration system, which reduces noise and extends the generator's lifespan. Engines are mounted on high-quality rubber pads. The reinforced steel frame has additional rubber supports that reduce resistance to vibration and corrosion.
