Use the 3M™ Cubitron™ II Hookit™ 737U sanding disc for paint removal, shaping filler, fine surface leveling, final preparation before priming, and even removing the texture of clear coats and preparing joint areas. 3M developed the 3M™ Cubitron™ II Hookit™ 737U sanding disc to provide excellent cutting and long life during these key stages of automotive body repair. They feature 3M™ precision-shaped grain technology. The triangular grain cuts 30% faster and lasts at least 30% longer than traditional ceramic abrasives. With a wide range of available grades, the disc is ideal for many sanding applications in body and paint repairs. Cubitron™ II products have set the standard for high-performance abrasives. The combination with the multi-hole pattern on our sanding disc provides excellent dust extraction, further increasing cutting speed and disc life. The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Hookit™ 737U sanding disc attaches to the backup pad with a hook-and-loop system, can be easily and cleanly removed, and reused throughout the abrasive's life. When used with the 3M™ clean sanding disc, the disc holes do not need to align with the pad holes, making disc changes quick, easy, and convenient.
